Withers Bergman Adds Veteran Tax Controversy Partners

Law360, New York (January 10, 2014, 1:35 PM EST) -- Withers Bergman snapped up two new partners from Hass & Hecht with extensive experience in tax controversy work and criminal tax law, the firm said Tuesday.

David J. Moise joined the firm’s New York office, bringing with him more than 25 years of tax law experience, while veteran tax lawyer Seth G. Cohen joined the firm’s New Haven, Conn., office.
