Workers Lose Plea To Join Donning, Doffing Case

Law360 (March 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has quashed a bid by a group of Tyson Foods Inc. employees to intervene in an action that alleges the company violated employment laws by denying employees pay for time spent donning and doffing safety gear.
