Ex-Dewey Partners Say Trustee Stalling Claims Objections

Law360, Los Angeles (January 8, 2014, 9:53 PM EST) -- Two of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP’s former partners on Wednesday objected to the Dewey liquidation trustee’s request to extend the period allowed for claims objections, arguing that the delay could allow the trustee to stagger his adversary suits against former partners.
