Fla. Gov. Scott Fills 2 Trial Court Vacancies

Law360, Miami (January 9, 2014, 7:46 PM EST) -- Florida Gov. Rick Scott announced two trial-level judicial appointments Wednesday, naming Judge Reinaldo Juan Ojeda to the Tenth Judicial Circuit Court and Judge Greg A. Tynan to the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court.

Both judges will be moving up from the county court ranks, Judge Ojeda from Polk County and Judge Tynan from Orange County. They fill vacancies created by the resignations of Judge Harvey Kornstein in the Tenth Circuit and Judge Anthony Johnson in the Ninth Circuit.
