Cadwalader Taps New Chairman, Managing Partner For 2015

Law360, New York (January 9, 2014, 7:21 PM EST) -- Less than a year after leaving JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s deal team for Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP, James Woolery was tapped this week to be the firm’s next chairman, the firm announced Thursday.

Woolery, who works at Cadwalader's New York office, will succeed current Chairman Chris White effective Jan. 1, 2015. Corporate and securities partner Patrick Quinn, co-chair of the firm’s capital markets department, will become managing partner.
