Affinity Labs Loses Audio Link Patent Appeal In Fed. Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (January 9, 2014, 6:09 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit declined Thursday to resurrect an Affinity Labs of Texas LLC patent for a system connecting portable music players to car audio systems, despite its claim that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office wrongly combined the teachings of two contemporary inventions.
