Green Group Promises Suit Over EPA Soot Pollution Inaction

Law360, New York (January 9, 2014, 6:02 PM EST) -- The Center for Biological Diversity on Thursday vowed to sue the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency if it doesn't clamp down on excessive soot pollution in Alaska, Washington, Iowa and Puerto Rico, the environmental group's latest effort to force the EPA to address the issue.
