Law360, Washington (January 9, 2014, 8:06 PM EST) -- The U.S. Senate voted Thursday to end debate on the nomination of Robert L. Wilkins for the D.C. Circuit, the last of President Barack Obama's three controversial nominees to fill vacancies on the powerful court, over the continued objections of Republican lawmakers.
