Dewey Trustee Sues Two Ex-Partners For $1.3M In Clawbacks

Law360, Los Angeles (January 9, 2014, 9:02 PM EST) -- The Bankruptcy Trustee for defunct law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP hit two of the firm’s former equity partners, now principals for McKool Smith, with separate adversary complaints in New York bankruptcy court on Thursday, seeking a combined total of nearly $1.3 million in distributions.
