Weil Loses Corporate Governance Pro Gregory To Sidley

Law360, New York (January 10, 2014, 8:09 PM EST) -- Following months of upheaval and partner exits at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP last year, the firm has in recent weeks suffered another round of attorney departures, including the resignation last month of noted corporate governance partner Holly Gregory.

Gregory’s arrival at rival Sidley Austin LLP, which has welcomed dozens of fleeing Weil lawyers since Weil's dramatic downsizing last summer, was made official Wednesday.
