Antioch Professors Take Trustees Back To Court

Law360, New York (March 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Professors at Antioch College have refiled a lawsuit against the university and its board of trustees, seeking a permanent injunction to halt plans to close the liberal arts school and dismiss the faculty.

After voluntarily withdrawing the action last November, 17 professors – all tenured faculty members of the Yellow Springs, Ohio-based college – resubmitted the suit in state court, seeking to compel the university back to the negotiating table.
