Challenge To Online-Gaming Patent Will Be Aired

Law360, New York (March 13, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office agreed to re-examine an online-gaming patent after the Electronic Frontier Foundation challenged it on the grounds that the technology covered by the patent had been used extensively before it was issued.
