Ariz. Bid To Revive Abortion Ban Rebuffed By High Court

Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 1:21 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court declined Monday to hear a challenge by Arizona's attorney general to a Ninth Circuit ruling that a state law barring abortions after 20 weeks, except in the case of medical emergencies, is unconstitutional.
