Neiman Marcus Reveals Payment Card Data Breach

Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 4:27 PM EST) -- Luxury department store Neiman Marcus Group Ltd. Inc. said Monday that it had discovered and was in the process of containing a cyberattack that may have compromised customers' payment card data during the holiday shopping season, following a similar breach recently disclosed by Target Corp.
