Temp Atty Says Skadden Work Not Exempt From OT Laws

Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 3:51 PM EST) -- A lawyer who sued Skadden Arps Meagher Slate & Flom LLP and a staffing firm urged a New York federal court Friday not to toss his putative overtime collective action, claiming the “mechanical” work he performed was too menial to qualify as practicing law.
