Fed. Circ. Revives Rowing Machine Patent Application Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (January 13, 2014, 4:00 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday reinstated claims in a patent application for a rowing exercise machine, ruling that an already patented chest exercise machine's capability for being used in a similar manner wasn't sufficient evidence of obviousness due to prior art.
