Law360, New York (January 13, 2014, 10:14 PM EST) -- The Federal Law Clerk Hiring Plan, which aimed to organize the process of hiring law clerks for judges, has been discontinued in an effort to make the process fairer and more transparent, according to a memo released by U.S. District Judge John D. Bates on Monday.
