Target Data Breach Probe Expands To Neiman Marcus

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 8:32 PM EST) -- A multistate investigation of Target Corp.’s recent data breach has expanded to include Neiman Marcus Group Ltd. Inc. after the luxury retailer disclosed a similar holiday-season cyberattack, an official with knowledge of the matter said Tuesday.
