Insurers Beat $6M IBM Breach Coverage In Conn. Appeal

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 4:10 PM EST) -- In a decision published Tuesday, a Connecticut appeals court nixed insurance coverage for more than $6 million in losses tied to a highway mishap in 2007 that exposed the sensitive information of 500,000 IBM Corp. employees.
