W.Va. AG Probes Chemical Spill As Congress Steps In

Law360, New York (January 14, 2014, 8:35 PM EST) -- West Virginia’s attorney general said Tuesday that his office would investigate the massive chemical spill that tainted drinking water for hundreds of thousands of state residents, while federal lawmakers signaled an impending wave of hearings on toxic chemical control laws.
