High Court Urged To Topple Railroad Right-Of-Way Rulings

Law360, Los Angeles (January 14, 2014, 8:59 PM EST) -- A Wyoming man urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday to overturn rulings that the federal government has an interest in a former railroad right-of-way on his property, saying a decision in the U.S. Forest Service's favor would upset 100 years of property law.
