Green Groups Slam Leaked Pacific Trade Pact Provisions

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 4:55 PM EST) -- Anti-secrecy group WikiLeaks on Wednesday released what it said was a draft of the Trans-Pacific Partnership's environmental section, prompting harsh criticism from green groups that argue the proposed trade agreement's provisions aren't strong enough.
