Longview Judge Won't Order Mediation In Contractor Fight

Law360, Wilmington (January 15, 2014, 7:01 PM EST) -- The Delaware bankruptcy judge presiding over coal plant operator Longview Power LLC's case said Wednesday that he won't order mediation in the dispute with several contractors over nearly $360 million in mechanics liens in part because not all of the parties have indicated support for the process.
