US Tax Court Nominees Pledge Sensitivity, Impartiality

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 1:19 PM EST) -- U.S. Tax Court nominees Tamara Ashford and Judge L. Paige Marvel told the Senate Finance Committee Wednesday that if appointed to the federal court, they will be sure to handle the nation's federal tax litigation — often filed by self-represented taxpayers —with sensitivity and impartiality.
