Poland Fines Watch Importers For Retail Price-Fixing

Law360, New York (January 15, 2014, 3:46 PM EST) -- Poland's antitrust watchdog hit two importers of high-end watches made by Hugo Boss AG, Citizen Holdings Co. Ltd. and other well-known brands with a roughly 1.1 million-zloty ($363,000) fine for allegedly fixing the price retailers could charge for the timepieces, the agency announced Wednesday.
