Thorp Reed Slams Pa. Rival's Abuse-Of-Process Claims

Law360, Philadelphia (January 15, 2014, 5:12 PM EST) -- Thorp Reed & Armstrong LLP on Wednesday fired back at claims that it targeted rival Jaffe & Hough PC with a frivolous malpractice suit for allegedly betraying a client’s business interests solely to try and induce a settlement.
