Jaffe & Asher Loses Bid To Toss Sexual Harassment Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (January 15, 2014, 6:24 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday rejected Jaffe & Asher LLP's attempt to kick gender and domestic violence victim discrimination claims against the firm and its IT manager, ruling that the allegations were severe enough to survive a motion to dismiss.
