ACA Payment System Still Not Complete, CMS Says

Law360, Washington (January 16, 2014, 1:51 PM EST) -- A Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services administrator told members of a House subcommittee on Thursday that the agency still has no timeline for finishing HealthCare.gov's automated payment system, sparking Republican concerns that providers will bear the brunt of the Affordable Care Act's shortcomings.
