Pa. Justices Urged To Stick With Landmark Fracking Ruling

Law360, Philadelphia (January 16, 2014, 4:34 PM EST) -- A group of municipalities and environmental groups challenging Pennsylvania’s regulations on hydraulic fracturing told the state’s Supreme Court on Tuesday that its decision invalidating major portions of the law was well reasoned and did not merit the granting of a petition for reconsideration filed by Gov. Tom Corbett’s administration.
