With B&B Case, High Court Can Tackle TTAB Issue Preclusion

Law360, New York (January 16, 2014, 10:44 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court asked for government input this week as it considers taking the long-running trademark case of B&B Hardware Inc., a suit that would give the court the chance to clearly rule on how much preclusive effect is owed to rulings of the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.
