Enviro Groups Ask High Court To Uphold Carbon Standards

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 4:03 PM EST) -- Environmental groups urged the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday to reject challenges to the Clean Air Act safeguards requiring major stationary source polluters, such as power plants, to use available control technology, arguing these requirements are valid extensions of other greenhouse gas regulations.
