Nev. Gov. Blasts Appeal Of Same-Sex Marriage Ban

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 6:37 PM EST) -- Nevada  Gov. Brian Sandoval stood by the state’s same-sex marriage ban in a brief the state attorney general filed Tuesday in the Ninth Circuit, contending that the law serves a practical purpose to preserve traditional marriage and does not discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation.
