Law360, Washington (January 23, 2014, 6:32 PM EST) -- A Mississippi federal judge on Wednesday tossed most of Wesley Medical Center's claims that rival Forrest General Hospital and an ambulance company falsified medical records and kidnapped patients, saying there was no evidence of an alleged conspiracy.
