Don't Alter Attys' Fee Test In Patent Cases, Justices Told

Law360, New York (January 23, 2014, 8:18 PM EST) -- The patent owners in two cases at the U.S. Supreme Court over the standard for imposing sanctions on plaintiffs that bring "baseless" patent suits have told the justices that it is unnecessary to make sanctions easier to award to address concerns about so-called patent trolls.
