Law360, New York (January 23, 2014, 6:32 PM EST) -- Mergers and acquisitions activity in the Middle East all but dried up in 2013, and the amount of investment dollars flowing through the region fell to their lowest level in years, according to a recently published report by financial database Zephyr.
