Conn. Law Firm Can Be Sued In Ariz. In Tax Shelter Row

Law360, New York (January 24, 2014, 3:34 PM EST) -- The Arizona Supreme Court ruled Friday that Connecticut law firm Pullman & Comley LLC, which provided legal advice to Arizona investors for a tax shelter transaction that went awry, can be sued in the state even though the firm's attorneys aren't licensed in Arizona.
