Pa. Fracking Rules Would Cramp Industry, Officials Say

Law360, Philadelphia (January 24, 2014, 3:20 PM EST) -- Representatives from the Marcellus Shale Coalition and WPX Energy Inc. offered written testimony Thursday blasting proposed rules governing surface operations at and around natural gas drilling sites in Pennsylvania for requirements regarding water replacement, identification of endangered species and remediation of orphaned and abandoned wells.
