Pa. State Rep. Charged In Ghost Hiring Scam

Law360, Philadelphia (January 27, 2014, 4:39 PM EST) -- A freshman lawmaker in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives was charged Monday in a scheme to bypass state ethics rules by funneling salary payments to his sister through a ghost employee in his Philadelphia legislative office.
