Reed Smith Doesn't Want Tax Malpractice Suit In Philly

Law360, Philadelphia (April 14, 2014, 5:54 PM EDT) -- Reed Smith LLP asked a Philadelphia County judge on Monday to transfer to Allegheny County a legal malpractice suit over tax guidance the firm gave to the overseers of two trusts, which were allegedly improperly drafted and led to undue taxes on the plaintiff.
