Indian Power Co. Gets $430M Loan For Plant Projects

Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 2:09 PM EST) -- India state-owned power company NTPC Ltd. said Monday that it has secured two loans worth a combined $430 million from the Japan Bank for International Cooperation for the construction of a coal-fired power plant and the overhaul of a gas-fired plant.
