US Trade Deal Won't Redefine Global Financial Regs, EU Says

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 4:57 PM EST) -- The European Union said Monday it won't use trade negotiations with the U.S. to try to redefine regulations on the world's financial services industry, but will shoot to make sure that European and American financial regulators can work together more easily.
