BP Stands Behind Deepwater Response, Spill Estimate

Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 3:25 PM EST) -- BP PLC vigorously defended its Deepwater Horizon response efforts and spill estimate on Friday in its final pitch to the federal judge overseeing the Gulf spill trial, arguing the company complied with industry and federal standards and that the government used unsound science to quantify the oil spill.
