K&L Gates To Pay $23.8M To End Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 7:32 PM EST) -- K&L Gates LLP has agreed to pay $23.75 million to settle a malpractice suit accusing the firm of failing to uncover the criminal fraud that eventually brought down drink maker Le-Nature’s Inc., according to a Friday bankruptcy court filing.
