Fla. LLCs Need To Revisit Their Operating Agreements

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 2:26 PM EST) -- The Florida Legislature unanimously passed the new Florida Revised Limited Liability Company Act, and Gov. Rick Scott signed the bill into law on June 14, 2013. The new act is codified as new Chapter 605 of the Florida Statutes and became effective on Jan. 1, 2014.
