LabMD Winding Down Operations, Blaming FTC Suit

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 8:36 PM EST) -- Citing the “debilitating effects” of its closely watched challenge to the Federal Trade Commission's authority to regulate private companies' data security practices, medical testing laboratory LabMD Inc. said Tuesday that it has decided to wind down its operations.
