20 States Urge High Court To Ax ACA Contraception Mandate

Law360, Washington (January 29, 2014, 6:36 PM EST) -- A group of 20 states on Monday urged the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the Affordable Care Act’s so-called contraception mandate, in one of a number of briefs to flood into the high court over a contentious case challenging the law on religious freedom grounds.
