Pa. Judge To Be Reprimanded For Flashing Gun, Road Rage

Law360, Philadelphia (January 30, 2014, 3:06 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline said Wednesday that an Erie County judge who brandished a gun and made obscene gestures at two motorists during a road rage incident in January 2009 would be reprimanded for his conduct.

The order comes after the state’s Supreme Court issued a ruling in October finding that the incident had brought the judicial office of Magisterial District Judge Thomas Carney into disrepute.
