KPMG Defendant's Woes Continue To Multiply

Law360, New York (March 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors have decided to pursue a new, separate fraud charge against one of the former KPMG International employees who already stands accused of engaging in a massive tax shelter fraud.

Attorneys alleged Tuesday that ex-KPMG partner Robert Pfaff tried to conceal from the Internal Revenue Service more than $3.75 million in fees from tax shelter work, adding more charges to his purported rap sheet.
