Dewey Trustee Seeks $1M In Clawbacks From 4 Ex-Partners

Law360, Los Angeles (January 30, 2014, 6:25 PM EST) -- The bankruptcy trustee for defunct law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP hit four of the firm’s former equity partners with separate adversary complaints in New York bankruptcy court Wednesday, seeking a combined total of more than $1 million in distributions in its latest clawback actions.
