Goldman's $1.5B Danish Energy Deal Throws Govt. Into Chaos

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 8:15 PM EST) -- Denmark's government was thrown into disarray Thursday when the Socialist People's Party, one of the three parties in the coalition government, walked out over a deal to let Goldman Sachs Group Inc. acquire 19 percent of state-owned utility Dong Energy A/S for $1.5 billion.
